Can be made by phone or online. R2R consults with property owners prior to responding to tenant requests. We can also arrange a repair limit to address small repairs without bothering you for approval. As a result of the semi-annual home analysis, we will have details of the various systems and their current state which helps prioritize repairs and ensures the right root cause is addressed promptly, ensure quality workmanship.
